Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.

New York is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around New York is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Very disappointed with our experience. The restaurant was mostly empty, there were maybe 4 tables occupied, including ours. We ordered a pizza and a salad. The salad came out first and was actually pretty good. We waited about 25–30 minutes for the pizza, assuming they were making it fresh from scratch. The server came by to clear the salad and asked if we wanted a dessert menu. I had to remind him that we were still waiting for our pizza. It finally came out about 10 minutes later and was only slightly warm. I would understand the wait if the restaurant was busy, but with so few tables, it was hard to understand. On top of that, nobody checked on us during the meal, and I had to repeatedly ask for water. At that point, they might as well have just left the whole pitcher at the table. Unfortunately, the service and overall experience were very disappointing. Won’t be coming back.

I've been waiting to go here and since I was in the area with a friend I finally went and it was a great experience. I got the alla bolognese and calamari it was really good. The atmosphere was pretty fun and my waiter was very attemtive and had great customer service The spinning pizza was a fun watch too I enjoyed the other diners getting in on the fun. I would definitely visit again to try there other food options.

In this world, there are two things I truly love: pizza and movies. Pizza City is the perfect combination of both. The stylish red interior (my favorite color), the delicious light pizza, movie posters everywhere, and the fun, atmosphere. There’s great music, almost like having a live DJ, and the service is friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit:)

An incredible experience 😍 The restaurant was packed, but they managed to serve us super quickly. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the tiramisu is out of this world! The vibe here is enchanting and made me feel like I was traveling through Italy all over again. A must-visit place!

We come to New York twice a year and had never been to Crazy Pizza until a friend recently recommended it. I took my son there for his 13th birthday, and wow what an experience! First off, our server Daniel was amazing. He was so attentive, the service was incredible, all of our needs were met, and the food came out quickly. The best part was the show! They came around spinning pizzas at each table, which made the night feel extra special for my son. We weren’t terribly hungry since we had been snacking all day, so we split the Bolognese, and it was delicious. For dessert, the Nutella pizza was absolutely incredible. We visit New York several times a year, and this will definitely become a ritual dinner for us moving forward! Highly recommend 10/10!!
